By the end of the Pod, she’ll understand:

  • the full development sequence
  • know who she needs on her team
  • complete a preliminary feasibility check and 90-day action plan she can take to a lender, partner, or advisor.

2026 Skeleton

Month 1: Understand the Development Sequence

You’ll get the clear start to finish roadmap you’ve been missing so you always know what happens next. This module replaces overwhelm with clarity by breaking the process into simple, manageable steps you can reference as you prepare for your first project.

Month 2: Build Your Project Team Plan

You’ll learn the key players involved in a new construction project (GC, architect, engineer, lender, surveyor, and municipal contacts), how to confidently choose the right partners and know when to bring each one into your project.  You’ll walk away with clarity on each role, when to bring them in, and how to choose the right partners with confidence.

Month 3: Run Your Preliminary Feasibility

You’ll learn how to conduct a basic feasibility assessment using zoning fundamentals, site evaluation basics, preliminary cost estimates, and key risk considerations. This module gives you the confidence to look at a potential site and determine whether it’s worth pursuing without worrying you’re missing major costs, risks, or constraints.

Month 4: Create Your Development Action Plan

This final module ties everything together. With your roadmap, team plan, and feasibility check complete, you’ll build a clear next-step action plan that outlines the path to preparing your first new construction project. You’ll leave with a structured plan you can confidently discuss with a partner, lender, or advisor.
