Who is the ideal Chapter Leader?
We are seeking an experienced investor who is actively engaged in her market and possesses extensive industry knowledge. Our ideal candidate is passionate about empowering other women and embodies the InvestHER mission.
She excels in coaching and developing others, preferring to focus on her strengths rather than dealing with the systems, processes, and backend operations. Highly organized and recognizing the benefits of aligning with the InvestHER brand.
What is the commitment to become a Chapter Leader?
We require leaders and co-organizers to commit to leading the InvestHER Meetup for a 1 year term. If you choose to step down as Leader or Co-Organizer, you can make these changes during the first quarter of the year (January, February or March).
Will Chapter Leaders receive training?
Yes,Ā Chapter Leaders will receive comprehensive training. They will go through an onboarding process and have access to on-demand modules covering best practices for operating a successful Chapter. InvestHER will also provide Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency across all locations. This training and support are designed to equip our leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
